Abt Associates Inc., a leader in public- and private-sector evaluation, is completing a utilization-focused evaluation to assist the TNE project teams as they attempt to transform UConn’s teacher education program into a professional learning community characterized by engagement with the arts and sciences, evidence-based decision making, and a clinical practice model.
